For help, include your device model, iOS version, Train TRACK version, what you were trying to do and any error message. Avoid sending passwords, payment information or unnecessary personal location details. Share a redacted screenshot if useful.
Crossings and reports
Use Map to view available crossing information. Choose a crossing and use Follow / update crossing or the report controls. Reports must be made while safely stopped and within approximately one-quarter mile of the crossing, with location permission enabled. Do not travel onto railroad property to make a report.
My Crossings keeps followed crossings together. Sign in to save follows to your account. Commutes, under Account, provides optional trip and alternate-crossing context. Offline or last-known information is not a live confirmation. Reports can be missing or wrong; always obey the actual crossing signs, lights and gates.
Account and sign-in
Tap the FREE or PLUS plan control near the top of the main screen to open Account. The iOS sign-in screen offers Sign in with Apple and Continue with Google. Use the same provider/account on each device. An Apple private relay email may look different from your usual address.
Plus and purchases
Open Account → Explore Plus (or View Plus plan). U.S. plans are $1.99/month and $19.99/year, with no free trial. Plus provides proactive blockage alerts for followed crossings, no display ads on Map/Home or My Crossings, and one free Eggs-Press bonus egg per run without video. Scenery billboards remain.
For an existing purchase, use Restore Purchases in the Plus screen with the Apple Account that purchased and the associated Train TRACK account. To manage renewal, choose Manage Apple Subscription or open Apple subscription settings. Deleting the app or your Train TRACK account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Notifications
Enable Train TRACK notifications in iOS Settings and use the relevant app preferences. Proactive blockage alerts require Plus and alerts enabled for the followed crossing. Report updates use their own preference. Duplicate reports of the same blockage are grouped; repeated reports do not necessarily produce another alert. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Eggs-Press and sponsors
Play only when safely stopped. Free users can choose an available local sponsor video for an extra egg after successful completion. Plus receives one free bonus egg per run without video. Ads are local; there is no Google rewarded-video fallback. To report or hide an inappropriate leaderboard name, press and hold that name.
Account deletion and privacy
Use Account → Delete account in Train TRACK, or Account → Delete account in the advertiser portal. Read account deletion information, the Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use. Business records remain under system custody after advertiser login deletion. Administrators must transfer their role first.
